Our rustic yet comfortable accommodations blend seamlessly with nature, promoting relaxation and restorative sleep. You will participate in curated yoga therapy sessions and guided meditation throughout the retreat to deepen the mind-body connection. About me

I hold a Master's degree in Cross-cultural Psychology and Gender Studies as well as a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology of Health.

I am certified as a yoga teacher (India) and a yoga therapist by The Minded Institute (UK). My professional focus is facilitating individuals' journey towards reclaiming harmony, empowering them with tools to navigate daily challenges and rediscover inner happiness.

My diverse life experiences have allowed me to immerse myself in various cultures through residence in multiple countries. During my academic pursuits, I delved into the study of Zen Buddhism in Da Lat, Vietnam, which subsequently informed my thesis on spiritual goals and well-being.

Before transitioning into psychotherapy, my career trajectory encompassed diverse roles spanning the fashion industry, EU institutions, the UN, and human rights non-governmental and international organizations, primarily in areas of political communications and management.

Over the past ten years, I have dedicated myself to working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds within my positive psychology therapy practice. I have also worked in clinical settings at public hospitals and private clinics in Belgium and France.


My journey with yoga began in 2006, but it was not until completing holistic yoga teacher training in Rishikesh that I recognized its profound impact beyond the physical realm. Since then, my mission has been to integrate the principles of yoga and psychology into a cohesive therapy framework aimed at enhancing individuals' happiness and well-being in their daily lives.
