What is yoga therapy?

My role as a yoga therapist is to help you to bring more awareness of the connection between the body, mind, and soul, understand the patterns and mechanisms of some of your behaviors and teach skills on how to self-regulate your nervous system.

I help people reclaim harmony in live by equipping them with tools to manage daily challenges and guide them on their way to restoring inner calm and happiness.
